She wants Ben Stein’s Money?

Yoko Ono et al. have sued the makers of the movie Expelled:No Intelligence Allowed (featuring Ben Stein) for allegedly wrongfully using the John Lennon song Imagine.  The movie producers are defending on the basis of fair use.
